VMware Capacity Planner in status Suspended

Verify that the regional setting for the user for non-unicode programs is
set to English (US), this setting is separate from the regional Standards
and formats.

Click Start > Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > Administrative.
Set the Language for non-Unicode programs setting to English (US).


Make sure that in the Data Manager, click Admin > Options > Jobs.
Verify that Suspend Scheduler is deselected / unticked.


If you did not have the correct Regional and Language settings when installing
and/or running the application for first time, you may need to recreate the
database.
