Unable to enter new key or activate Windows 8 Enterprise

When trying to activate Windows 8 Enterprise (from Technet) it tries to
activate with a pre-defined key. This wont work. And it seems that you
cant change the key.

From a command line run this:

> slui.exe 3

You will then be provided with a window that requires you to enter a key.
