APPL0105__CBMLABQ_V61 ERROR   : 079C : EM                 - stTerminateStream           : error 0xE0154803 : line 900 : Voice_1(resource/line=0032) stream requests termination of all streams - reason: "COM_EXC_OTHER"
For now there is no known solution or information what this really means.

The symptom we experienced when this error occured was that the IVR recieved the calls but never routed them to the CCD
